A Personal Perspective
My work is shaped by both professional experience and personal transformation.
There was a time in my own life when body and mind clearly said: enough.
That experience changed the way I understand health.
Over the years, my curiosity led me through different disciplines and perspectives — from psychology and integrative health approaches to nutrition, natural medicine and eventually Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology.
Spending more than one and a half years travelling, learning and connecting with people from different cultures deepened this perspective even further. I became increasingly interested in how health, balance and healing are understood across cultures — from traditional health perspectives to everyday practices that support regulation, recovery and reconnection.
And perhaps most importantly: what truly helps people reconnect with themselves.
Today, my work is grounded in science — and shaped by lived experience, human connection and a holistic understanding of health.
Because meaningful change begins with understanding.
My Intention
I support people in better understanding their health — looking beyond isolated symptoms and exploring the deeper connections between body, mind and biology.
Through in-depth assessment, "deep learning", targeted interventions and meaningful lifestyle changes, we work towards greater balance and stronger regulation —
